Electrician (Solar Project)

Overview
WHC Energy Services is seeking to hire hard-working, experienced Solar Electricians.
A WHC Electrician will work with a team on the installation of Solar energy systems. The successful Electrician will be responsible for bending and installing conduit, pulling & terminating wire, cable, equipment, panels and various control components and devices. Other responsibilities include fabrication of control panels, installation of interlocking wiring and performance of wiring check out, and assistance of systems start-up.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Installing raceways (PVC, EMT, RIGID, FLEX, MC)
- Install Load Break and Dead break Elbows and T Bodies
- Install Outdoor Riser Stress Cone Kits
- Able to read blueprints, legend symbols, scale of plan, branch circuits, one-line and three-line diagrams
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5 – 10 years in the electrical trade
- Must be able to install PVC, EMT, RIGID, FLEX, MC
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematics
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements and have a valid driver’s license
- OSHA 10 & 30 Highly Preferred
